East Bay Home - A complete success!
The following posts include pictures of the final product from our first project (sorry, no before pics!) We remodeled 4 bathrooms, updated interior paint colors/carpet, spruced up the yard and did staging throughout the house to get it ready to sell. We're certain that the remodel was worth every penny!

East Bay Home - Common Bath
New granite counter-top, 16" travertine floor tiles, square light fixtures and a beautiful green-gray paint job make the sink area of this common bathroom more than inviting. The shower/toilet area bears it's original white shower tiles but has been updated with new marble/travertine accent strips. This area also has new can lighting and a slightly lighter paint color to make the area feel as light and spacious as possible (there is no natural light in this room). The Moen rain shower head was again a much needed upgrade to this bathroom!
East Bay Home - Study/Guest Bath
An antique vanity was the inspiration for this room. We topped the piece with a slab of granite, porcelain vessel sink and wood-framed oval mirror. (Full wall mirror and banjo-style counter were removed. The result was a much more spacious bathroom.) Oil-rubbed bronze accessories, murano glass wall sconces, rich paint color, new bath fan and rain-style shower head were the finishing touches on this stylish, masculine room.
East Bay Home - Formal Living Room
We gave the formal living room a new focal point over the fireplace, framed floral sketches above the couch, updated window treatments and a new crystal centerpiece on the coffee table.
East Bay Home - Front Entry
The steps of this Ruby Hill custom home are adorned with beautiful red ceramic pots planted with ornamental grass, bacopa, sedum and wooly thyme. Step into this beauty through a newly finished front door.
